“You know, I never fill these out but I am going to make an exception in this case. I went in and asked for a mattress for our guest room. The salesman, Christopher, knew exactly what we were talking about, meaning nothing exorbitantly expensive, and showed us what we were looking for directly. He got us in and out within 20 minutes and we walked out with a box spring and mattress. It was the most painless way we’ve ever purchased a larger item. Fantastic experience.”
