“Richie and Ricky have always been great to me. They are very honest. The First time I went there years ago with my buick lucerne v8, the scan tool at the auto parts store said that I needed an alternator. I went there and they fixed my car. They said it wasn't the alternator which would have been a huge problem to fix Due to the build of the engine, they said you just need a new battery. Recently, I was considering getting some work Done to my 2002 f150 truck, Ricky asked me is it really worth putting that amount of money into that truck and he was right. That's a very honest mechanic to tell you You may not want to spend that type of money If it's not absolutely necessary. They have done work for friends and workers of mine and its always a great price and great service”

If you have a fifth-generation Ford Explorer, these are the guys to go to for timing chain and water pump jobs. The dealership wanted to charge me $4,200 just for the pump replacement alone—not even including the timing chain. Ryan did everything for $3,600, saving me a ton while ensuring top-quality work.

I had sudden mechanical issue and couldn’t find a repair center who could assist me in a timely manner. “My experience with Jefferson Auto Service was incredible! They were so kind, helpful, thorough, and my car runs better than it ever has. Their prices were very fair and reasonable. Personally, the best part is the super detailed report you get when you have the diagnostic test done. I’ve never received a report with such detail that includes pictures and videos of the assessments of YOUR car being done. As someone who loves data, this was absolutely fascinating and so comforting to know that I wasn’t paying for something I didn’t need. My cars will never see another automotive shop because they are my forever mechanics now. Super grateful for them and their skill and hospitality! 10/10 all around! And they have complementary full size cans of Diet Coke (as well as many other options) in their waiting area!! What a luxury!”
