I had it when I stayed with a friend down in Louisiana. And it was awesome. And I wish I could have some ship here to my house. Where I live in Arizona cause I would order it probably once a month. Among other things, I would order too.

Best place to stop for Boudin and a drink. We shop here regularly for lunch, work gatherings, and family events.
