“I should have gone into the large/industrial truck repair business. Everyone is so busy for hundreds of miles around. ITA is busy too, but still took on our truck after multiple roadside failures. They did an accurate diagnosis and complete repair of our international truck fuel system. Picked it up and had an hour drive back to New Orleans over the typical terrible roads with no issues. Our truck runs great. Highly recommended.”
“I'm writing this since this is the 1 yr anniversary of my trip to New Orleans. As we finished our stop at the Oak Alley Plantation, we were about to start the car and suddenly we noticed that the car had very less engine oil. It was Christmas eve (24th Dec 2021) and I was trying to search for auto repair shops nearby and there were none which was opened. Finally, we stumbled upon this place (at around 4.30pm) and the one of the mechanics said that they were about to close the place down. I requested and told him about this issue and he had helped us by pouring engine oil and gave me some solid advice about checking for engine oil periodically and speeding. I'll never forget this place in my life for their timely help. Thank you so much!”

“My truck is better than what it was when I took it there. They did fix the problems that I asked them to. Customer service was great. Did not have a problem with anyone. They did a thorough check of the whole truck and made suggestions of other issues that need to be addressed in the near future. I will get those issues looked at. I'm just not home, so it will have to be a later date. I did get quoted one price and then a price together with everything. I wish what needed to be fixed right now. They issues that I brought it for. They gave me a price on that. And then they had to add something else to it because of my fuel filter which we only talked about for the future issues that needed to be dealt with. But they were headed anyways. They did charge me for it though. The fuel filter that put on there. I had another one in my truck already. But it wasn't time to change that filter. But I guess they made it to Solve one of the issues Other than that, it was a good experience, thank you.I appreciate all the work you Did”
