Now this company is Wavefly. Much better connection. Good customer service. And they will compensate me just for 2 days without service. Very good company.

Every thunderstorm that comes through, the service goes out! When you call to report an outage, I have to leave a message. They are the only service my apartment offers, therefore I will be considering moving to remedy the situation. Horrible horrible service...
