“We went in last night with a low tire, knowing it couldn't be fixed & we'd need to replace the front 2. With it being so late we were going catch a lyft home and pick up our car the next day. The staff was so nice and went ahead and changed out the tires for us even though it was getting close to closing time. I truly do appreciate them! Made things a lot less stressful for us.”

“I had a flat in my condo parking lot and was asked to text my address and photo of the flat. He called back in about five minutes and said the techs would arrive between 12:00 and 12:30 and call 10 minutes before arrival; they called at 11:20 and said they were on their way. They replaced and balanced my tire in less than 20 minutes and the price was far more reasonable than the dealership. The technicians were incredibly friendly and professional and the price charged was exactly what I was quoted. I would use them again in a heartbeat!”

“They sold me a really great tire “used” tire for a good price. The only recommendation I have for them is tire balancing with all purchases. Include an extra $5 for balancing. That would be extremely good and set them apart from the competition”

“Great service and support. I needed a wheel bearing checked out as I was getting some noise in the front. The tech went for a ride with me and confirmed my concerns. They took the truck in and had parts delivered and installed within the day. I was out the door with the repair complete and an oil change for less than half the price that the dealer quoted me. I will be returning for all my service needs in the future. The ladies at the front even dropped me off at work while the repair was being done! New favorite shop in town.”

“The two brothers that own and run Motormen auto service and body shop are really great guys. They took the time to look at my vehicle and check the computer check engine light and told me the truth about what the issues were with my truck. I was in New Orleans for the summer and had to go back to Tucson Arizona a 20 Hour drive in the extreme heat. They told me the issues were under warranty at my mechanic in Tucson and that they wouldn’t cause a problem during my trip and they were correct. They also helped me find out what my truck might be worth if I want to sell it. They are conveniently located just north of Claiborne on Euterpe the same road as Home Depot. I recommend you check them out they are funny smart fast and know their vehicles. They advised me on what type of vehicle I could switch to when I sell my diesel. When I was in their shop I felt safe, listened to, and respected. I definitely will go to them for any mechanical needs when I am in New Orleans!!Service: Vehicle Inspection”

“The service is always super fast and the owner is always very friendly and efficient. He always gives me a new card to make sure I can reach him, even though at this point I have his number saved into my phone. Anytime I get new tires I get them to install them and it's super affordable at $15 a tire, and it takes less than 5 minutes, plus it saves you a lot more money then getting new tires from the dealership and getting them installed. I got the tires for 40 each and it only cost fifteen to install them which is nearly $100 cheaper than what the dealer charges me per tire. They also sale new and used tires there which are great, they just don't often have my size so I get them online.”

“I loveee Mr. Donald! I’ve been using his services for years now and I’ll ONLY go somewhere else if it’s something he can’t do. I used to live up the street from his shop, but now I’m traveling from near metarie for his services. I’ve been seeing people say he’s rude, but he’s just busy and has a lot to do lol. Very sweet guy. He’s looked out for me so many times. Whenever he sees me he says “hey my girl whatcha need”. I recommend him to everyone, he’s fair with his prices and just an overall good guy. He might now know my name, but he for sure knows my car!”

“Great service. Traveling from out of town and on the highway I hit some truck tire treads that tore my covering underneath the car and it was dragging on the ground. I called and talked to Charles about some help. He told me to come in and they could see what could be done. I got there within 30 minutes and his attendant (didn’t get his name) corrected the issue within 30 minutes with plastic cable ties that will hold until I get back home to fix at the dealership. Best part… they would not charge me for the service. So, I gave his attendant a good tip. All that excellent help and not even charging me. They saved my long weekend and made a happy wife!!”
“Humble, local independent non-chain alternative which had me in and out faster than an oil change, and with none of the awkward upselling. I had a leaky rear on my subcompact worsening by the day. Worker showed me an embedded nail in my sipes-- I had raced behind Daffy Duck in a Looney Toons special the week before, so no surprise-- and then explained why patching was not a viable option. He checked his inventory and brought out a used tire for my size, had the new one on in 12 minutes tops. He offered cash or card and I paid cash. Another reviewer mentioned $60 for a tire, and I can confirm mine wasn't a penny more (it was actually less). Happy to do business here with locals instead of greedy BigTire.”
