I cannot say enough good things about this place! All of the guys there are great, friendly and provide a safe environment to train. Whether you are looking to learn an art and/or get an extra workout, this is the place for you! I highly recommend Criterion Jiu Jitsu!!

Paleo is a great school , Craig the head instructor is a black belt , humble and wants the best from his students . The class is well organized yet relaxed , not a meat head gym where ppl wanna win all the time . Great instruction , well worth the money and time , absolutely no regrets in joining-John oneill

Great teacher. Vary safety oriented. Great for anybody regardless of goals. From competition to basic self defence or even general fitness, it's a great place.
