They called me 3 hours before my pickup to tell me they don't provide one way rentals, and they were gonna cancel my reservation. I booked a week prior and was not told about that policy, and so I was left stranded with less than 3 hour notice.

The workers are kind and attentive. They made it easy to pick up a car I reserved online. I reserved a truck but they had none come in. They actually called me the day of and offered a 3 row suv. I was pleased that they thought of me and offered it to me. I definitely plan on using them again.
