Sometimes things don't go as planned and everyone likes to blame another party about why that happens. None of that tends to matter very much but what does matter is when someone from In Home Respiratory calls me to try and solve a problem. That's good customer service. I do recommend them.

When I talk to a staff member they are very informative and knowledgeable very polite ? y'all have a customer for life and I will refer others too this establishment. I am so pleased ?
