3511 River Rd, Jefferson“Loved stacked nutrition program. I learned so much about myself and how food is only a part of fitness. Learning to eat through stacked was not a diet or a chore. It became second nature- a way of life. I discovered so much about myself and my body through the program.”

721 Veterans Memorial Blvd Ste K, Metairie“My happy place! Great workouts, fabulous instructors and an extremely welcoming community. I often times come for more of an endorphin release than for burning calories - it's cheaper than therapy!”
“I started F45 in October and have really enjoyed it. The actual work out is amazing and I’m already so much stronger than when I started. The instructors are all really welcoming and helpful with form. The work out is sort of like body pump/circuit training. It can be a little intimidating at first with all the screens and lingo, but I got the hang of it probably after 3 classes. I love that it’s 45 minutes in and out and you accomplish a lot in that time and that there is a pretty big crew at the early classes where you don’t feel like a crazy person working out so early! I have a hard time choosing my favorite instructors because they are all great and I appreciate their different approaches/personalities! shoutout to Travis and Abby for knowing my name early on, always being motivating, and positive especially in the dark at those 5:30 am classes.”

4439 St Louis St, New Orleans“It’s been almost four years since I had the privilege of lifting here, but this is the most metal gym for serious lifters of all disciplines, with none of the hype. This place is the most legit gym I’ve ever been to outside of a war zone, and for anybody who’s into the metal, it is home. Who dat!”
“In town for a week and these guys were soo welcoming. This team is awesome. Reminded me of home! I wish I had found them earlier in my stay bc I would have tried to squeeze in a few more classes. You all have an open invitation to AMAG if you're ever in MD. Thank you for a great gi and fire kick boxing class.”
“Matt really cares about his students, and crafts his program in thoughtful and challenging ways. You'll never see boxing the same again. Can't recommend enough!”

Whether you're just starting out or have been exercising for years, Eric has a ton to offer you. He works with you to achieve your goals, supporting you all the way.”
“I joined Krewe just a few weeks ago and it is the best decision I’ve ever made for my heath. Everyone there is so kind and genuine. The coaches are all 10/10s. They are so patient and don’t make you feel like a burden if you have to go over something multiple times. I come to Krewe feeling good and leave feeling even better every time! 12/10 would recommend ”

5441 Pepsi St, Elmwood“I definitely recommend this gym it’s amazing for all the variety of weight lifting equipment and machines. There’s even a boxing ring and upper level has cardio machines. I really appreciate that this business allows people traveling from out of town to workout here for free, it’s such a great privilege.I get such a great workout here not only because of the variety of weights and weight lifting equipment but also the people. I really appreciate not being bothered by anyone trying to socialize or hangout; this is a muscle gym through and through. I love that they are dog friendly here, it’s always nice to see a happy dog! They have multiple bathrooms to change in, no locker room/shower. There’s a filtered water station that is very convenient and even a nutrition business right next door for protein powder and anything else you might need. There is a designated chubby area shelf section to place bags, I haven’t had any issues using it. People are very focused here, it’s so refreshing. Love the music here it’s very motivating and amped up! If I visit NOLA again, this will be my go to gym.”

2600 Gravier St, New Orleans“Needed a gym to train legs during a 2day visit to NOLA... $15pass, seems to be the standard price. Now, inside, this gym has heavy-duty equipment. 100lb plates for the leg press, bench press stations that can support a lot of weight. Very heavy DBs. Even the portable benches are thick. This gym is set up to move serious weight.I saw the courtyard but didn't go there... can't comment. The machines are also in great shape.Didn't see bumper plates.... maybe they are outside ??”
5AM - 9PM
111 Veterans Memorial Blvd, Metairie“Unfortunately the indoor swimming pool, hot tub, cold deep and sauna was closed due to remodeling, however it will all be reopened after the first of the year. The cafe/ juice bar has come a long way with healthy choice foods. The smoothies are excellent. The gym has an abundance of equipment, the running track upstairs is well laid out, racquetball courts are always busy, the outdoor pool is heated, the kids area is superb and the wellness/ massage area is outstanding. I was a member here years ago and since Ochsner Hospital has taken it over, they've added so much more. It has always been the preeminent health club in the city and continues to be so. The locker rooms/showers are well maintained. The gift shop is well stocked. There are more opportunities at this club than above mentioned! It's nice to be a Silver Sneakers member and no longer have to pay dues!!!”
“Raw and pure gym, with a knowledgeable instructor, who is aiding in my functional strength, mobility, and flexibility. The gym features other aspects that I have witnessed, but won't do it justice by trying to describe them...?. I would definitely recommend, for anyone not into the 'mainstream' gym stereotypes, but will realize results all the same.”
“I love Orangetheory Tchapitoulas Uptown in New Orleans. Coach Jill is terrific, very cheerful and welcoming and a good coach. The front staff is welcoming and friendly. Coach Will is the best Coach I’ve had at half a dozen studios. He is upbeat, supportive, clear in his directions, remembers peoples names, gives constructive feedback when needed, and encouragement by name multiple times during each coaching session. I especially love his coaching aimed toward encouraging us to do our best, not only in the workout, but in life. Great team! Thank you.”
11AM - 6PM
1016 N Broad St, New Orleans“I did a drop in class with my friend Devin while visiting during my spring break. I had a BLAST. I have never done any form of MMA and would not describe myself as the least bit athletic. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. The instructor was Ryan and he is phenomenal. He explains and demonstrates things very well in addition to being encouraging and giving excellent feedback (I’m an expert at knowing when people do these things well as I am a high school math/special education teacher ?).I highly recommend this gym. I had a great time and felt so empowered after the class.”
5:30AM - 7:15PM
Behind the Hooters on Vets, 4729 Sanford St, Metairie“I joined UF 3 weeks ago, and already this has been the most rewarding experience. EVERYONE is here to help and see you win. My goal starting the 6 Week Challenge was to stay committed. Far too often, I’ve started and stopped. However, at UF you have so many people grinding with you and holding you accountable to your goals from the owner, manager, trainers, and other members. It’s such a loving, yet challenging, environment and I love it. You have support every step of the way no matter where your starting point is.”
5:30AM - 7:30PM
5590 Canal Blvd, New Orleans“I felt welcomed the first day I walked in. The staff is experienced and they offer a variety of workouts. The classes are small and the gym is clean. After a month here, I can’t say enough wonderful things about this gym. It has made me enjoy working out again and I’m forever grateful.”

“The coaches of Iron Tribe NOLA are knowledgeable, encouraging, and involved to help everyone improve on movements and to accomplish other goals. It’s a friendly community as well, with everyone pulling for one another. I genuinely enjoy going to work out every day.”
“It's always peaceful and quiet most of the time I'm there by myself 12:31 in the morning that place is always clean and it's police up and down the streets all night long so I feel safe going to Snap Fitness anytime day or night”
