“This was a great visit! I was greeted as I walked in and made to be felt very welcome. I actually had scheduled service for a different problem I thought I had. However, when I got there I told them what was going on and they were going to check to see if it was something else which it was. The technician I had was very knowledgeable and the guy did an awesome job. My vehicle had been skipping when I would accelerate so I thought it might be the transmission but it turned out I had bad plugs and related stuff. They were able to fix it completely in less than 3 hours and again I can't speak highly enough of their whole team in Augusta. Same with the technician. I had him the last time I came in for a simple inspection but this guy knows his stuff for sure and they are not out there to gouge you or anything like that. I would recommend the Augusta VIP to anyone and it will save you a lot of money versus going to the dealership.”

“Incredible experience. Traveled to the area for a few days to attend a funeral. Drove about 800 miles. As we got closer to the area, the front brakes started to make a loud grinding sound. I stopped at Sullivan’s at 5pm on a Thursday (my third attempt to find someone that was willing to even look at the car).
My first interaction with Dan was awesome- he understood our short window of time and the seriousness of the issue, and said to drop it off on Friday morning. No questions asked. He made me feel valued and welcomed immediately.
My conversations with Austin throughout the day were perfect- he understood our needs, explained everything thoroughly and gave me confidence in the entire process.
Less than 24 hours later, the front brakes, rotors, and calipers were all replaced at what I felt was an extremely reasonable price (especially given how hard they worked to get this done for me)!
As we prepare to leave Saturday morning for the return 800-mile trip home, I am much more confident to drive my car because of the work performed at Sullivan’s.
What a true testament to what customer service should look like in every business. I’m thankful for these gentlemen and the incredible business they run.”

“Amazing experience! I had an oil leak and stopped in without an appointment (even during their lunch break). Kevin immediately put my car on the lift to make sure it was safe. He quickly diagnosed the issue with the oil pan/plug and came up with a smart workaround instead of pushing me into a full replacement. Extremely fair pricing for his time, too.
