“I called 10 minutes before they closed on a Thursday requesting a large delivery to 6 different locations the next day for Employee Appreciation Day. The woman who helped me, who I assume was the manager, was incredibly helpful, personable, and understanding even though I was ordering last minute. Many establishments would be annoyed with this, but if she was she took extra steps to ensure it didn’t show. The next morning I received a phone call directly from the same woman confirming that the deliveries would be arriving very soon. Even with such a short notice, they fulfilled 11 platters and delivered them to 6 different locations by noon. Incredibly impressed with the customer service and professionalism here.
