AAA gave them bad information, they immediately put us at the head of their list when they realized where we were They got us towed out from a dangerous location within 20 minutes of us talking directly to them. AAA was no help. Its the second time in 3 weeks that AAA left us by the side of the road with no progress updates. I can't say enough good about Colonial. We hope to use them for the body works repair.”

“Dropped off a fuel injection pump for my kioti tractor they said they were slammed but should be able to look at it within a week. 2 days have gone by and they said parts would be in and the pump would be rebuilt and ready for pickup the following day. I haven't picked it up yet but I couldn't be more impressed at how quick they were able to get it returned to me even though they had so much going on.”

“I have a VW van that had some rest issues and needed new rocker panels. Very difficult to find anybody that’s willing to work on these vehicles. Jared at the alternative Auto body told me to bring the vehicle by he’ll take a look at it and give me an honest opinion if there weren’t fixing or not without a question he went over the vehicle told me absolutely you should get these rocker panels fixed, but until I cut into them, I can’t give you the full total price. I’ll be but will be Depending on cost of parts. Took a while because it is a business that is widely required by many and very little shops. That’ll do the work. He was able to get the parts do the repair and give me a very reasonable price for the job. very satisfied with the work thank you again. I’ll definitely return with any issues. I might have on other vehicles in the future.”
