“Countryside Auto Body did a fantastic job on my 12+ year old car. The driver side rocker panel was rusted through. Which would have failed state inspection. They replaced it in 4 days and did a great job of it. They also fixed the passenger side panel and did the state inspection too (extra bonus). Obviously, people know about the shop too and the quality work they do as I had quite a wait to get my car in for the repairs, and the parking lot is crowded with vehicles (finished and waiting). They know their business and do an outstanding job. I couldn't be more impressed.”

“Stopped in to get windshield wipers for my truck. I wasn't in the building for more than a minute when I was approached and offered help. A few taps on the keyboard and I knew which good, better and best wipers were available. I opted for the Buy One Get One deal and picked up a pair for half price. As I was checking out, I was offered a slice of pepperoni pizza. The manager bought two large pizzas for a crew of 3 and had plenty to share. He then installed the wipers for me, but only after I mentioned another parts store used to do it for me. I've never had any allegiances with one particular auto parts store, but this level of customer service will certainly lead me back to this business for sure.”

“I walked into the store and was greeted immediately, but had to wait in a short line that moved quickly before I could be assisted. I went in to find a replacement headlight bulb for my VW and have it installed, but I went into the wrong Auto Parts store for installation....it's next door. The auto parts clerk offered to return the product for me if I wanted to go to the competition to purchase and get it installed. If I didn't have someone available to install it, I would have. That's what I call good customer service.Smells like an Auto Store (petroleum), good parking.”

“I've lived in Cumberland most of my life along with my family.We have been here numerous times.The staff are pretty busy,But that is how you want a business to run of course.They are quick to pick up the phone and answer questions. I am not a fan of the website as it can be a bit of a mess trying to find a part.I think most salvage yards sites are like that, however.They have an ever-changing stock so it never hurts to check back and see what they get in.It is located in a very easy to get to area and close enough to the pike that getting there is fast enough.Truly if you need a part give them a jingle and toss the dice.”
