I also appreciated that they used texting since i dropped it off in the morning and was at work all day so it was much easier to reply to texts than continue to take calls. Always appreciate the AAA discount from VIP. My check engine light was on when i picked it up and they took care of that for me quickly and without charging me. While it is usually less expensive to go to an independent shop this was an emergency and I am very satisfied with the service I received.”

“My car developed a loud knocking noise, called up an auto repair shop near me and they advised they could get me in in about a week. Happened to be driving by Frank’s and decided to stop in at 12:30 pm on a Friday afternoon, just to see if they could give me a quick diagnosis on the noise. They said they could probably take a look at it before the end of the day and let me know. Got a call from them about an hour later that they located the noice, and could have it fixed for under $400 and it would be ready before the end of the day. I call that a huge win!! Will certainly be back for any future repair needs! I didn’t think no appointment same day repairs existed any more!”
