They were able to turn around an important job for me the same day even though they were very busy. I realized after the job was done that I had sent a low-resolution version of the picture. I requested the same job again a couple days later with but with the high-res version of the picture and they again rushed it for a same day turnaround for me and didn't even charge me for the re-do!! I came in with my sister’s wedding bouquet — delicate, sentimental, and destined to be preserved as a keepsake. It needed to be overnighted with extreme care, and the team at FedEx treated it like it was their own family heirloom.
They helped me wrap the bouquet with such tenderness, then taped the box securely and hand-labeled every single side with “Fragile” and “This Side Up” to make sure it would be handled properly from every angle. Their attention to detail was incredible — nothing rushed, nothing overlooked.
