They were able to turn around an important job for me the same day even though they were very busy. I realized after the job was done that I had sent a low-resolution version of the picture. I requested the same job again a couple days later with but with the high-res version of the picture and they again rushed it for a same day turnaround for me and didn't even charge me for the re-do!! Even though it was my fault the first one came out slightly grainy! Great people here and an absolute gem for the Portland community. They'll get my business for all my future printing needs.”
