“On a tight political timeline, our signs were ordered incorrectly (layout was vertical instead of horizontal discussed and requested) forcing us to lose five days of advertising. The company agreed to make it right and expedite the replacements; and did - on a second pass - honor the request I made for less signs. (Had they ordered correctly, it would have been for the lesser amount of signs.) I got a subtle off-putting vibe that I attribute to being female.”

“I cannot speak highly enough of Lisa and her team at Grapheteria. I ordered a print with custom framing and planned to pick it up on a Friday for my wife’s birthday that Sunday. When I missed the pickup window, Lisa went out of her way to make sure I got the print on Saturday instead. Her customer service was above and beyond anything I could have expected and the workmanship was top notch. If I have any future printing or framing needs, I would not hesitate to bring them to Grapheteria!”

“I had two packages that the FedEx app showed had arrived at this facility, but it was really unclear whether or not they were ready for pickup. FedEx’s phone line was of absolutely no help, but the person working the desk here took my tracking numbers and went back to look for the packages himself. It took a few minutes, but he found them. I’m guessing he didn’t HAVE to do that, and that someone else would have just told me to go home and wait for a text, but… he went the extra mile and I really appreciate it. Thank you!”

“I love having a mailbox at this particular UPS store. The one in Windham is questionable and any post office is literal chaos. The guys (and girl) here are always pleasant, professional and helpful. I don’t understand why they have so many bad reviews, and I felt I should leave a good one, because this is a convenient place with a great team.If you pack your own boxes, the cost to ship big/heavy things is cheaper than USPS, and small packages are similar in cost to USPS priority mail. I like that I can email them documents from my phone and they print it off- it’s like $3 for 3 pages. I’ve faxed and scanned things here- they’re also a notary and have all kinds of other services. It’s like a gas station- you pay a small “convenience fee” for not having to go to the real store (ie the post office). Plus they’re really nice.”
