I was visiting Portland and this YMCA was a 5 minute walk for me. I visited at 7-8am on weekdays for the cardio and gym room. Mostly empty at these times and the staff was extremely friendly. The equipment was pretty good for the price, had all the essential machines with squat and bench rack. One time visit was $12.

I like online classes and in person because I get to go swimming I enjoy it very much Y membership is the best thank you to the staff no judgement discouragement to each person who is participating what to live long and be healthy.
