“I can’t say enough good things about this repair shop. I drove up from southern NH to get a truck and the transmission line blew off 20 miles outside of town. I had the truck towed there and they got it right in and had a look. They fixed the truck very quickly and did great work. The price was much less than I thought it was going to be. “Great shop .I have a 2000 Mercury Sable named Betty by our late son .This car has a very personal history to say the least .That being said I can get very emotional quick do to a very tragic event .Well I had one of those moments after Betty threw a couple curve balls .The crew at this shop handle a tough situation very well ..First Kendall who I had I bit of a meltdown towards is a true professional and was very helpful at solving the issue and putting the customer first .Robert who works along side Kendall on the desk is also a Pro and was very helpful.Now Mike the Mechanic who worked on Betty was outstanding.A real pro .He listened to me about a number things with patience .A good Man.Do to the whole experience with this crew .I will be a customer of V.I.P moving forward .I went in for just a tire rotation and have them look at PCV valve because my other shop was backed up a bit .It was a timing thing .I never thought I would go to V.I.P forMechanical stuff but I will now and would recommend this shop to anyone 100 percent . For anything.Great crew up front and great head mechanic in Mike .They are an asset to the V.I.P. name.Tough to fine today .. Peace and Thanks .Jeff D and Family and of course our old girl Betty .”

“I live approx. 25 miles from Griffeth Honda and had just had a windshield replaced near the dealership and needed an inspection sticker within 3 days (poor planning to wait til the end of the month!!). With an hour before Griffeth service closed, I went in with no appointment and they did me a big favor to inspect the vehicle and save me a trip back to the dealership on another day.
