“Fantastic store with exceptional customer service. I have had a private mailbox here for a while now and have all my packages delivered here (from all carriers). No worry of porch pirates or failed deliveries. I get a text when my packages are delivered and there is never a long wait to pick them up at the store. I tried something similar with a PO box at the Portland Post Office and it was a nightmare. Highly recommend this place.”

“I had two packages that the FedEx app showed had arrived at this facility, but it was really unclear whether or not they were ready for pickup. FedEx’s phone line was of absolutely no help, but the person working the desk here took my tracking numbers and went back to look for the packages himself. It took a few minutes, but he found them. I’m guessing he didn’t HAVE to do that, and that someone else would have just told me to go home and wait for a text, but… he went the extra mile and I really appreciate it. Thank you!”

“"The UPS Store #3781 in Scarborough Is the best. The employees are always welcoming & very helpful. I arrived with 4 very large heavy boxes to ship out. I got one box in the store and said to the gentleman that I had 3 more out in the car. He said let me help you with those and grabbed a dolley and went out in the rain to my car and got the others. “Fast loading ..guards and loader very nice..load is heavy but he distributed very well ..ok on all axel with half tank fuel..295 to exit 4 veteran memorial bridge stay in right then water bridge and slow after 2nd light otherwise chance to miss Cassidy point rd bcoz it’s going sharp to right next light also Cassidy point rd ( that’s for exit trucks )hard to turn right there if on coming traffic there..good place to pick load ..”

“I love having a mailbox at this particular UPS store. The one in Windham is questionable and any post office is literal chaos. The guys (and girl) here are always pleasant, professional and helpful. I don’t understand why they have so many bad reviews, and I felt I should leave a good one, because this is a convenient place with a great team.If you pack your own boxes, the cost to ship big/heavy things is cheaper than USPS, and small packages are similar in cost to USPS priority mail. I like that I can email them documents from my phone and they print it off- it’s like $3 for 3 pages. I’ve faxed and scanned things here- they’re also a notary and have all kinds of other services. It’s like a gas station- you pay a small “convenience fee” for not having to go to the real store (ie the post office). Plus they’re really nice.”

They run on a shoe string budget—like most government organizations—so odds are they only have a person or two manning the counter.Some of these reviews suggest the Gorham Post Office is throwing bricks through windows. In reality, they'll leave it on your doorstep if you're willing to pay the postage.”
