“I’ve been a customer for years. Concept Auto has been very fair to me over the years. Many years ago I met with Dale and stated to him the one thing I can’t stand is feeling like I’ve been ripped off. (Buying parts and labor unnecessary). I’ve been a customer now well over ten years. I’ve never felt I was being charged for unnecessary services. With that said, I want my vehicle fix right, which doesn’t always mean cheapest.”

Every time I have called about something wrong with my vehicle JP has gotten me in right away so he could have it looked at to see what is wrong and to make sure it is safe to drive until he can get the part(s) ordered and get it repaired. He understands that I drive my vehicle a lot of miles every day for my job and I cannot be without it any longer then absolutely necessary. He always explains what is going on with it so that I can understand. The work has always been done well and in a timely manner.
