“Overall a very good experience and recommend to anyone in the area. I was shipping my car in a few weeks when it suddenly got a cracked windshield. They were able to get me in on short notice and understood my circumstances. After the repair there was an issue with a sensor, but they brought it in the very next day and fixed it without charge. “After having dealt with another tire shop in town who we will call DT for the last while they made some very questionable plays so it was time to find a new shop and take my business elsewhere. I decided to try out Fountain Tire Brandon and all I have to say it was like night and day between these two shops. Dennis, Dylan and the staff at Fountain were amazing to deal with. Professional and helpful and much better pricing and service by a long shot. If you are in the market for tires I’d strongly recommend these guys. They treat you well, know their stuff and don’t rip you off. On top of it their store is clean and professional looking unlike some of the other places. Give these guys a shot. “Dropped my car off this morning February 8th, 2024 for a replacement windshield for my CX-5.My insurance covered the loaner vehicle and by 4:00 p.m. my vehicle was ready to go.When I picked up my vehicle not only did they wash the exterior of my vehicle, but they also vacuumed the front area of my vehicle which was above and beyond my expectations.I'd also like to thank the two folks working the front desk at the collision center for being so professional and understanding, and for being super awesome during the transaction.If you need to get your vehicle repaired I highly suggest coming here, especially if you want to be treated like a valued customer and not like another person with money.”
