Amazing customer service that is extremely accommodating! The Head Office went above and beyond to help me exchange a damaged product and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.

Unfriendly staff who do not greet you. Also, when I was shopping there yesterday, the person I assume to be the supervisor or manager was arguing with someone else near the change rooms about the presence of black mould in the store. Yikes.

The girls working there really make you feel like going to the store is an offense to them. They don't greet you. They just stand around talking. When you ask questions they just stand there and are unhelpful.
