For example, expecting a CSR to know what the rates are for a loan or mortgage is ridiculous. That sort of question should clearly be posed to a back office staff member or lending officer. I was a bank employee in Winnipeg for over 25 years and saw a significant migration of customers from banks to credit unions. Why? Because credit unions like Assiniboine CU excel in delivering exemplary service.”
