“Saiba was incredibly helpful. She offered a variety of great plans and even assisted me in porting my number. While it took a bit longer than expected, she patiently waited until the issue was resolved. She also helped me troubleshoot my long-standing eSIM problem with my phone. She thoroughly addressed all my concerns. Overall, her keenness to help and friendly, approachable demeanour made the entire experience pleasant and hassle-free. I genuinely appreciate her efforts and willingness to assist.”

“On Sept 10 I visited the Koodo/Telus kiosk in Citi Place and was met with Matt whom I asked to assist me with trading in my phone for another. Matt was extremely helpful and the whole time I felt like a valued customer of Koodo. Matt was patient, polite, professional, organized and extremely knowledgeable of the products. I watched him as he responded to other customers who stopped by for assistance and kindly responded to each that he would be with them in a few minutes. All the customers waited patiently for their turn. Matt never tried to sway my decision to go with the Samsung Galaxy A17, but was committed to making my experience memorable. I say Matt is a valuable employee to Koodo/Telus and I can also say that I have been a customer of Koodo for over 15 years and will continue to be. I share with all I know my experience with Matt and Koodo. Thanks Matt.”

“I happen to be waiting for a family member in the Mall, and popped into this establishment to inquire about an Otterbox. I was offered a good discount for a new product. Then, I asked about a boot-loop problem with an old, but pristine, smartphone. Not only did John offer to look at for free, John even opened it up (super quick) and tested it with a new battery. Alas, the boot-loop did not go away (this was after iPhone restore at Apple Store)... so it was nice to finally know it is a true hardware (board) issue -- not salvageable :( Who would have thought people like John, a smart, courteous tech, exist in Winnipeg, outside of the myriad how-to fix YouTube videos! (Nick was also very helpful and polite when I went back for an Otterbox — wanted to support Local.) Go here for tech questions and fixes -- a gem inside the Polo Park Mall (same wing as Starbucks).”

“Always always always exceptional class A service. Russell doesn’t not try to rip you off or charge exuberant amounts of money to do things like upgrade your laptop, repair a screen or sell you a device. I always go back here over the years. Ty Russell”

“This location has diesel which is what I need. On the outer pumps. Easy to access. In the superstore parking lot. I really like that this has access to PC points which is why I go here in the first place. Have been here many times and will return. Pay at the pump options.”

“Had an excellent customer service experience with Ryan the store manager. By my own fault, I naively overpaid for my some Pokemon Card products and came back a couple minutes later to refund my purchase. He said he couldn't immediately refund it due to system limitations and needed to get in contact with his operations manager. Before I even left the building, I got a call back from Ryan with a resolution and it was all handled extremely professionally and in a timely manner.”

“My nearby Apple Store. Great people and was approached several times by staff if I needed help. Both a mix of young and older adults working there with a happy demeanour!!”
