Everyone here is very nice, they accommodate sudden walk ins and they are really understanding on what your car actually needs versus trying to get money out of you. “I have an older car, so I have to bring it in every so often for repairs. The office staff is always very professional and helpful. While I wait I have great conversations and interaction with them. They talk to the mechanic in front of me to let him know the issue which turned out to be a screw in a tire on this last visit. I also asked the mechanic to look into a rattling noise. The mechanic listened to me and even thanked me for providing more information from my last visit to help identify the problem. He showed me and explained the problem with the car in language I could understand. When he was done he asked me to bring the car back if I still had an issue. Their follow up calls and actions have always been just outstanding. Even checkout was a great experience on this visit and the price was incredible. While visiting the mechanic can be painful and stressful, I’m always happy to visit Exxon.”

“Marty and the team are wonderful. I had tires replaced last week at another shop. I started losing air pressure days later in one of my tires. I took my vehicle to the shop that I purchased my tires. I was told that I had a screw in one of my tires and they were unable to do a patch. I was told I would need to replace that tire. I wanted a second opinion, I took my car to Metro Motor. They were able to correct the other shop's patch job mistake and patch my new tire. I am very grateful for their professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help me. I definitely will be back for my car service needs.”

“Autobahn had me from day 1. Many years ago the gas cap on a 2000 Mercedes E320 was hard to remove. Dealer wanted to remove gas tank to fix the filler neck, Etc, cost nearly $400. Autobahn solved the issue with a different gas cap for $27. They are still caring for my Benz and its running great. They do great work on a timely basis at a fair price. “Gas was only $3.17 per gallon. They had nice clean bathrooms open to the public.Their competitor next door did not allow the public to use the bathrooms. Not a good practice due to time people spend on the roads, in traffic most of the time. I find it to be a horrible way to conduct business with a traveling, aging, parenting, medically challenged public.”
