“Great that you are able to return Amazon items to kohls, just saying. Yesterday I went into the store and it was a little disoriented because of restocking items and clearance items being organized etc. It turns out I had to return to the same store to return an item and it was IN PERFECT CLEAN AND ORGANIZED, I WAS SO IMPRESSED AND I AM OCD!!!! The staff was smiling, asking if people needed help, you just don't see this high level of service anymore and a team that cares about their customers and quality of their store. Ben, Barbaria, Daniel, Marvin, and Farhia are amazing. Super impressed.”

“How have I not known about this place?! A couple of my coworkers told me about home court so I figured I’d stop in. It’s in an unassuming location based out of a White House tucked away in downtown silver spring. They resell clothing ranging from popular streetwear brands to designer labels and an extensive footwear collection. I went in with a couple items to sell. They took my pair of Rick Owens Creatch cargos and gave me $200. That’s a very reasonable price given I paid probably 600 for them. Didn’t take my McQueen boots because they said they don’t have a good resale value. I was very impressed with the designer selection. They have a lot of rare stuff that’s in great condition, some even brand new! Their staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back to sell some more and browse the new selection. If you’re looking to sell or buy some heat, this is the place to go!”

“I love this place. I have been coming here for years and love all the sales they have. Make sure to subscribe to text alerts so that you know what sales are going on. I love this time of year because they will have buy one suit and get 2 free! They have so many stylish suits and a great selection of ties, socks, fragrances and whatever else you need to look your best. Unfortunately the tailoring here is not done very well and since I have taken my suits elsewhere but that's not enough of an issue for me to give less than a 5 star.”

“I have been working with Milo since 2019 and have purchased three suits from him. Milo pays keen attention to detail and is able to effectively asses what colors and styles fit your vibe. He has a broad range of ideas and you can come out with perfectly fitted work attire or a flashy night on the town outfit that is as unique as your heart desires. Milo is creative, but is also practical. He knows what makes sense and encourages people to be bold when designing their dream suits. Lastly, I have always been appreciative of his sincerity. Never have I felt like Milo upsold me. He points me in the direction of what I need in order to fit my vision. 10/10 will continue to do business with Milo.”

“The Bethesda location has STUNNING staff. I came in yesterday, not even really to buy just to look, and I was helped by Elizabeth (Liz). She was so nice, pleasant, and conversational. She stayed with me while I looked around, making small talk, and I kept talking about how amazing the store smelled. I ended up buying a diffuser. While we chatted, there was a nice gentlemen steaming the clothes. This store not only has phenomenal staff, but the clothes are well cared for and everything is sparkling clean.For a store to look THAT clean on a Saturday…the staff surely works hard. Thanks, Liz! “5.11 has some nice t-shirts that wick away the moisture. I get them on sale when the seasons change. The store is nice, and sometimes you can catch a good end of season sale, a $150 Permaloft jacket for $60. Their online store has some end is season sales as well.”

“Highly recommend this store and the company. The clothing feels premium and the fittings are simple. Tops are either regular fit or slim fit and the pants/shorts are straight fit(slim) or relaxed fit where the ankle is less tapered. So no matter what top or bottom you get, they are exactly the same fit. If you buy $300 dollars worth you get I think 20% or 25% discount and a 25% military discount. They have a myID 25% military discount for online purchases. The customer service was impeccable and you really felt welcomed!”

I am glad to report that she was happy to see all the anime merchandise. She got some earrings and necklaces. “This is another store that is technically attached to the mall, but you need to go outside in order to access it. Best to just move your car and save yourself the hassle.I came here in search of some items that I didn't seem to have because of my recent move. Honestly, I had nothing in mind when I walked in here, but of course I found something. Like every single other person that walks in here, you end up with something.I do have to say, compared to the neighboring, similar store, this one is much more organized, and appears much cleaner. Although you can never predict what stock they have they were well stocked with what they did actually have. I did a lot of browsing and ended up with things that I knew I wanted but not necessarily needed.Check out was a breeze and pleasant. “This location really is amazing. Ive frequented the Forever 21 in Montgomery Mall for the past 2 years. Every time I visit the store, what stands out is how clean and organized it is. The store is pretty big and has a large selection of clothing and accessory items for all different fashion tastes. I always am able to leave the store with an affordable new full outfit, piece or accessory. The staff at this location are all very helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience. Every time I go into the store they are working to make the experience an easygoing one - always organizing and ready to assist me whether it’s with finding a particular item or size. “I make it a point to write positive reviews where warranted because I am a retail manager and have seen first hand truly outstanding service go unrecognized, yet let the customer experience the smallest thing they don't like and they are quick to stop everything to write a bad review on Google or Yelp.This is not type of store that I normally shop at, nor my style, but they do have things that I like from time to time. More important, they have some wonderful staff members who make great suggestions and are very welcoming. One staff member in particular is a huge reason for many repeat customers, including myself, my staff members, other mall workers and customers off the street. His name is Mark and he is the main reason I choose to shop in the store. His customer service, personality, attention to the customers needs, ability to listen and commitment to providing the best service is something that is unfortunately missing in many retail locations these days. I've sent many of my own customers to the store and told them to ask for him and they have thanked me for the referral. If I had an open position, I would recruit him immediately. I even introduced him to my District Manager who wanted to find a position for him in one of our locations.If you make it to Montgomery Mall and plan to shop at Aeropostale, ask for Mark. We have reviewed studies at my own brand that revealed that people want to be serviced by individuals, not cookie cutter, uniform wearing staff members and his look makes him stand out in a positive way. The store manager must be commended for making the decision to hire this young man and nurture him in his role because he represents gold standard service, dedication and work ethic.”

“I have shopped at Lands' End the catalogue for years and have never been disappointed. Their service is great and their return policy is even better. I had a very old winter jacket(about 2 years or so) that I never got to wear because the zipper broke on it. It happened to be the second jacket I had this happen to so I thought I was going to have to pay for a new jacket. Not only did they pay shipping back, they were having a sale so I bought a new jacket with free shipping on this. I sent the old jacket back that had the broken zipper which they paid shipping on and they sent me the full price of the jacket on a gift card since I never got to use it.
