Gunpowder Falls State Park Sweet Air Area is a beautiful and scenic location with many trails. It is a great place for horseback riding, moderate hiking, mountain biking, or a nice stroll. The trails offer peaceful riverside walks, forest paths, picturesque views, and sweet little bridges. The area is perfect for hiking, kayaking, or simply relaxing by the Gunpowder river. It is especially stunning in the fall. The trails are well-maintained and not very crowded. Dogs are allowed on leash. Signage could be clearer. There is a portapotty at the parking lot.

Nice wide trail (mostly: a couple narrow bits), with a lovely section along a stream.

This is a great place for horse back riding or moderate hiking. If you want to do hiking go to the left and horseback riding go to the right of Sweet Air. Either way, it was a beautiful scenic location of Maryland.
