“I love this store. I shop the store in Belair for my special girl. Ben, Jen, Liz and the rest of the staff are great to work with. They know how we feel about our pets/fur kids and they make sure we have a high quality selection to choose from. My girl Pepper loves going to the shop and nosing around and visiting with Sully when he is in. I am grateful for Baron’s as a resource and will always choose the local store to the big box and chain stores.”
“Great place for all your garden and plant needs. I've been searching for coco coir for some time. I forgot about the Mill and the suddenly I remembered it and told my Husband to stop there. Well my search was over. I finally found it!!”
“Very friendly staff, willing to work with our older dogs and use medicated shampoo for one who has skin allergies. Love it here!
Update: have been coming here for a while now and they always do a great job. Only complaint is that today at pickup nobody was in the front of the store for a good five minutes. I tried calling to see if it brought someone out but it did not. It was only when I knocked on the door to the back and loudly asked if anyone was there that someone came out. It was pretty concerning, especially with the fact that there were 3 young women/teens in the little cat area, seemingly unsupervised by staff.”
“We took our 3 month old puppy for training at our local Petco with Anna. We have enjoyed the class, Anna is the best! She takes her time and is patient. We have learned so much from her and our puppy Daisy has learned a lot from the class and doing so well!! Thank you Anna!! I’d give you 100 stars if I could!”
“We had an appointment today. My dog is usually very anxious, and I always pay extra for services like express service. Since she is anxious inside of a cage. This lady's today did their best. My dog was I'm the cage waiting for the turn. She went in and out, which out a problem. They are really patient with your pet, and they care. Recommended 10 out of 10. Thank you”
“Love this pet store. Before my dog got older and had to switch to kidney diet food I often bought his food here before the Pet Supplies Plus opened in Aberdeen. Wide selection of high quality treats, leashes, collars and other useful items. They have self grooming rooms you can rent for $25 that have absolutely everything you could need. The tubs are metal walk in tubs with a side door that groomers often use in their setups. They have a small ramp for your dog to easily walk into the tub which is great for large dogs or older dogs with mobility issues. Best of all the rooms are very clean unlike the horrifying situation in the Tractor Supply in Aberdeen where the grooming room looks like it's never once been cleaned in it's entire existence. I think ownership has changed a handful of times over the years at Pet Nirvana but it's nice to see that the store and inventory quality hasn't changed.”
“We were looking at open houses in the bel air maryland area and decided to shop. Petco and other shops were convenient as well. The staff at petco were friendly and helpful, store was stocked, clean and organized, it was easy to spend alot of money there. Recommend this store.”
