“This is my favorite UPS store. Mrs. Emily is fantastic and always a pleasure to see and talk too. She's such a wonderful person, always smiling and happy to see her customers. I love that every time I go in there I get pens as my souvenir lol! I'm obsessed with writing tools and I like how these pens write. Mrs. Emily has helped me in other situations as well. I was in a bind one day and thankfully bc of her I was able to take care of and do what I needed too. I've never had any issues at this location that couldn't be fixed. I had a missing package one time and they did not hesitate or miss a beat to finding it and returning it back to Amazon for me. Hands down to this small business!!! Always clean inside store, friendly, polite!”

“Bought a notebook from here & still having issues with it. They have a good tech group here, some will go the extra mile to get things done for you. I'm just frustrated as this notebook is basically used for writing so it's on the web rarely & it's had to go in a couple times & then sent out which I will say the group they send to isn't the best. I'm not sure what's happening but for the price, I'd like it fixed & properly working.”

I went in recently to get some copies made and was confused by the procedure, (it had been a while since I'd been there, and you now have to enter everything at a computer first). Luckily, I was the only customer at the time and the associate I worked with was happy to help me. The front desk line always seems to go pretty quickly, too.”
