“Very positive experience so far. I made the mistake of going the Home Depot route originally and got burned on delivery. If you schedule delivery for a vacation home, you better darn well deliver on schedule. Suffice it to say, I cancelled with Home Depot and went with a local company that does not outsource warehouse and delivery. I visited Palmer's in Berlin and worked with Leanne who was knowledgable, friendly, and no nonsense. In and out in about 15 minutes with a GUARANTEED delivery date scheduled. Ben and Austin delivered my refrigerator well within the scheduled window. Ben and Austin got rid of the old and set up the new. Again, no nonsense, in and out in about a 1/2 hour which is remarkable considering I'm on the third floor with no elevator. Money well spent. Thank you Leanne, Ben, and Austin for making this a painless experience. I will definitely be using Palmer's again in the future.”
