I lived here a little over a year. It wasn’t great at beginning. After few months, I realized this place is THE BEST for price & location. The Management is very quick respond, I wish they’re open 24hrs for maintanance. Hopefully one day.

I've been living at Pooks Hill for 4 years. The property is It’s very convenient location , close to freeway , kept cleaned and the Management / Staff are great. I love my apartment unit and Maintenace is great as well.It’s very convenient location , close to freeway , would definitely recommend this complex to anyone!
