“We were looking for a couple twin mattresses for a guest bedroom. We didn’t want to spend excessively on twin mattresses but wanted something that would be mid-level and comfortable while also being affordable. Not only did our salesman, Frederick point us in the right direction, he also had what we wanted in stock. This was awesome as we were able to load it up in our vehicle and furnish the bedroom all in the same day. We recommend this store and our salesman Frederick if you are need of a mattress.”

“Stopped in 2 different times, the first to look at what we wanted the next to actually make a purchase. The first time there was a less than enjoyable experience, the young man in the sales office at the first desk could not be bothered... answering questions, asking others looking as well if they needed any help was clearly too much effort he didn't have the desire to exert!
Our 2nd visit a week later to purchase what we wanted, that we had found on our own the week prior was much better, their associate Julie was so helpful in making sure people who were out in the yard area were asked if they were finding everything okay, or if she could point them in the right direction,etc..
She helped us load our furniture, insisted on pressure washing and cleaning everything off, then helped us load it on the truck and trailer (while 2 younger men in from the office watched, only offering to help on the last piece 🙄). She was kind and personable to the customers as well as helpful, we'd come back again, but only if we got to deal with her!
We were only planning to purchase 2 items due to the rudeness of the younger office guys the week prior, but in dealing with Julie this past weekend ultimately settled on 8 pieces.
She gets 5 stars in our book, the buisness can get a 4 star rating because their young office guys we wouldn't give but a 1 start rating to”
