“They did a fine job on my vehicle. Aaron was very informative about what was needed. Oil change expensive than some other places. But tires were cheaper (about $110 cheaper) than Tires Plus and they had what we needed in stock. I would definitely go back. The fact that they have items in stock like brake pads and rotors or work quickly to get the items is worth it in itself. If you're looking for cheap work, you an go anywhere but for decent priced quality work and quick turn around, so far they are my go to. I will be bringing my additional vehicles for them.”

“Good car wash with several options. They have 2 automatic drive thru washes, one with the rubber scrubbers and one that's touch free that uses pressurized spray only. Although the water pressure wasn't very strong on the touch free wash! They also have a self service pressure wash as well, which I prefer!”

“We had a blowout on our travel trailer while leaving town on a Friday afternoon for a week vacation. Not wanting to risk a 10 hour round trip with no spare tire, we called Big Ed's. They had good quality Hercules tires in stock so we decided to replace all 4. Ed and his crew got them all swapped within an hour even working through a rain storm. We were back on the road and had a great vacation.”

They brought him a little coloring book with a pack of crayons, I thought that was a really nice gesture. Overall, I'll be coming to this location again instead of others that are closer to me.”

He determined immediately some issues with bearing brakes and rotorsUpon further inspection showed me and let me know it could have been a week or two and my wheel may have come undone while drivingHe was able to get it in the following day. He communicated on everything needed and was forthcoming about the necessary work, at no point was I uncomfortable or felt oversold.I’ve read other reviews putting negative review on Granados safety and depending on anywhere you go at anytime these things happen.This is one instance I have nothing but positive feedback and am grateful they got my car in the following day and showed me everything was in good shape and most of all…it sounds and drives much better.Talk to TJ if you have concerns he was awesome.”
