The front desk help has no customer service skills and are very rude and uncommdating they need to be fired and new staff should be hired

Extremely dirty, non-smoking rooms reeked of tobacco, broken furniture, cockroaches. All amenities out of service and breakfast is a choice of hostess-style banana muffins and lukewarm coffee.

Although it's great location wise do not stay here. The staff is rude and there are roaches galore.
