“Absolutely fantastic. I was just stopping by to get a bottle of water and some tool went into hysterics about filing an ADA complaint because he was told to put on a mask. The cashier (a redhead if her boss is reading this) and another employee handled the whole incident with an incredible level of poise, respect, and professionalism. They calmly but firmly insisted without losing their cool or backing down. Nothing highlights the quality of customer service better than a tough situation, and under fire the employees could not have been better.”

“Even though this place was getting robbed when I went inside ... I had thee most pleasant experience with the young curly haired man and the dread headed man during the night shift. He was so nice. And all the staff had the same energy. I am really pleased with the food he made for me. Because his meat was huge in comparison to other stops I make at other royal farms. I'm really pleased with the ambiance and sense of community he had even though he was the only person I spoke to. During and after the robbery he was able to make me feel safe and welcomed. It's a true talent and toughness to continue to work during a violent escapade. I salute you curly haired man!”

“Walgreens pharmacy out patapsco. To my surprise it s just the Walgreens Pharmacy! Not the store. Although it has all that you need medically from vitamins to cold medicine. All over the counter as well as the pharmacist. I truly love it! They're courteous ( no attitude) fast & efficient. Walgreen's need more like this store.”

“Is This The Pharmacy? ...just as i I was prepared to pick up my prescription and have my information transferred to another pharmacy, I had the best experience that I have ever had at this pharmacy. The line was long, when I walked in, and there were at least eight people ahead of me. There was only one pharmacy technician and one pharmacist to the best of my knowledge. This particular day, I wasn't feeling well but knew that I needed my medication. I was prepared to wait much longer than usual but, the technician (by the name of Sienna) did her job better than a pro! She was organized, communicated well, was professional and most of all she didn't take 20 years to find a prescription. She knows the job and truly represented this store well. Her accuracy, knowledge and speed reflected a positive image on the Walgreens Company. I watched as she patiently assisted seniors and this really touched my heart...someone's grandparent, parent or senior relative... I was smiling within as this is how people should be treated. My experience, over the past few years had been just the opposite and I had made plans to leave. I will stay because I am seeing a positive change. It is my hope that the store appreciates Sienna's dedication and commitment to Walgreens. Treat good employees like a precious diamond. Sienna is truly one of the few diamonds in a pile of glass. A good experience keeps customers coming back...”

“People seem to forget Healthcare workers have been consistently abused the past 2 years and have literally no control over their staffing. The staff is doing the best that they can. Honestly the worst part of my experience is having to hear everyone else complain while they wait in line for the 2 overworked techs to fill 5 positions worth of work. The wait will be long, but guess what it will be every single pharmacy you go to. Try to keep the fact they've been through the same pandemic you have in mind”
