I am not a customer of the company at this time, but needed CPAP advice since I split my time between Maryland and Georgia. Based on her advice, she unselfishly recommended that I go with a company that had presence in both states in case I had a problem and needed immediate help. “When I think of Alfa Pharmacy, I hear angels singing. My husband has many complex medical conditions and dealing with pharmacies has been the bain of my existence for the last 6 years. Between the anonymous feeling you get from a major chain to incompetence in small independent pharmacies...I've seen it all. Alfa, and the humans that make the place wonderful, has been a beacon. I don't go to the pharmacy 2 to 3 times a week anymore, I don't have keep track of what's due, what needs a PA, what new med may have interactions with other meds. Alfa does everything and it's delivered once a month. Easy-peasy. The shift in mental load has been amazing. I'd like to shout out our specialist, Tabitha for being our personal angel.”

I live in Bowie and could not get to Towson so the whole transaction for a new lift chair was handled via phone. Donna was outstanding in her care of me as a customer and her knowledge of their products. The chair arrived today and it is perfect in every way. My husband and I could not be more pleased. “Hands down the best independent neighborhood pharmacy by far! The staff are always welcoming and eager to help with any questions or issues you may have. My prescriptions get filled in a timely manner and I have never had any issues with my medications being incorrect or not filled on time.
