I discovered yesterday that her current scooter does not work and is too old to fix. James worked with me by phone while I was driving down the turnpike to choose and order a new scooter for my mother and to ensure it was delivered in time for her arrival at the assisted living facility. Just outstanding customer service by James.I also want to point out the excellent delivery service by Ray Rossman. He was prompt, courteous and took the time to adjust the new scooter to conform with the settings of the old scooter so my mother would be immediately comfortable using it. Thanks Ray.”

“We have made appointments here for vaccinations and had a thoroughly pleasant time. The staff are prompt, efficient and were very capable at handling young children for vaccinations. They seemed to have appointments for things when others do not, which can be a real lifesaver.The store itself may not have a ton of goods, but remember - you're going to a pharmacy for pharmaceuticals & medicine, not candy. Most of the other negative reviews are about the length of time to receive covid test results and that is outside the control of the testing site itself.”

“I spoke with the office first who couldn't squeeze me in same day, which is understandable. Got me in contact with their Rep Rachel, who was able to get me a brace the next day. Prior to getting set up with Synergy Orthopedics, I went to another medical supply pharmacy was told that the brace would be in within 5 days. Now their time frame changed to "unknown". Rachel is absolutely the sweetest and the most accommodating. Very friendly employees, the process was a breeze. Highly recommend this company.”

Anyway my story goes like this, I tried several pharmacies up there while I was staying at my sister's house because she lives there and no one would fill my prescriptions, so when I finally landed at Woodmore he was so nice to me and did not look at me crooked and made me feel at ease and did not treat me like a criminal for having a pn. script and DiD not make me feel like I was just another druggie,, like every pharmacy I went to in Dundalk and Pikesville-- I meen come on what in the hell is wrong in the entire area up there??? Well just like that he was thorough woth my info and filled my prescriptions very quickly as usual... I went there a couple more times but I haven't been up there in a while, I'd very much really recommend this place. Oh, and five stars it has from me. don't mean to start a debate, I know there are problems, but I have issues that do need to be met and I feel like everybody is trying to take my right away to be the best I can be as I can! There are people trying to take that away and I feel like if you trying to take it away why is this stuff on the shelves????? It's bad enough when sometimes my family has to see me not at my best, but if they were to have to see me in bed 24 hours a day crying complaining depression then maybe major depression, severe depression I've been through it for over a year once, I don't want to tell people what I was thinking, those are my thoughts, but I will tell you this I will only hope and pray as I do every day that this series of things that has happened to me does not happen to you, and then you turn out to not have any help that is definitely necessary either. Later that day, I actually READ some of the reviews and I got worried because I was seeing mostly negative comments.My worry was completely unwarranted. “This is an excellent service! They provide excellent follow-up and are patient about finding the right equipment for you. I have had to have several different adapters for my CPAP machine and an additional fitting because I am still struggling with getting used to sleeping with a machine on my face, but each interaction with PRHS has been amazing. They have been expeditious about following up with me and quick to follow through with new orders and prescriptions. I live in Bowie and could not get to Towson so the whole transaction for a new lift chair was handled via phone. Donna was outstanding in her care of me as a customer and her knowledge of their products. The chair arrived today and it is perfect in every way. My husband and I could not be more pleased. The chair even has extra features such as a wireless phone charger. Donna was very patient in teaching me what measurements were necessary and the chair fits my husband like a glove. “I purchased a rollator from Amazon and after putting it together realized it was too heavy for me to easily get it in and out of my car. Loved it but not good if I couldn't take it with me. So I went here to see what I could find. After telling my story the young lady went to my car with me to help me possibly get it into my car using a better strategy than I was doing. It made it better but just too heavy. I went back in to the store and found one I could easily handle and get it and out of my car. They never suggested that I buy a new one before trying to help me not to have to purchase a different one. I know now if I need medical equipment I am coming here first as the prices are very comparable to Amazon and I am going to have what I need and not be convinced I need something I don't. Good customer service is hard to find and I received the best I have had in a LONG time.”
