They gave me a one on one tour and history of many of the items.I purchased beautiful canvas, earrings, ring and Kuba cloth. I can't wait to visit again and HIGHLY recommend you visit Sankofa and/or an event they are hosting.”

“I came in to purchase Christmas decorations for my company's lobby. I approached Ginna to get some decoration ideas. She was amazing! She spent over an hour with me helping me to group things and encouraging me to go with my gut. She did this between many other customers asking for her assistance, and always with great attitude and pleasure. She went above and beyond and her help was greatly appreciated. The same goes for Jenn. When I checked out she wrapped everything for me, took my 2 overflowing baskets of treasures to my car, and helped me to load it all. I’m so grateful to these ladies! “This store is more than the sum of its parts. I went in today, not needing anything in particular. I ended up having a nourishing conversation and leaving with some Dream Lion incense. I almost second-guessed myself on the incense, because it was a little pricey, but I'm home in my study with some lit now and I think it's the best I've ever bought, its transcendentally good and it gives me faith in the quality of Tortuga's stock list in general!”

“Just had one of the best shopping experiences in a long time. We visited all the flooring suppliers and Floor & Decor had the best options and inventory. We found exactly what we wanted at the price point we wanted. They had more expensive options and less expensive options, so anyone looking should be able to find flooring that meets their budget. The employees were all friendly and helpful. The store was clean, stocked, welcoming. They offered to hold our purchase (20+ cartons of materials) until we could pick it up and when we picked it up they loaded it for us. Top notch place.”

“I was grocery shopping and stopped at your store. I had received an email that pillows were on sale. I was greeted right away.A young lady helped me select a pillow. I told her I ordered a bed, and at the time I ordered the bed, I couldn't remember what positions I slept the most. I told her I paid attention, and she helped me pick the right pillow.My pillows came. I couldn't wait to take them out of the box, which the box was opened while it was open during shipping. I first used my pillow while sitting on my couch working remotely. It was so comfortable. When I slept with my new pillows, it was like heaven. What difference a good pillow makes.Thank you!”

Mary spent over two hours with me during my first visit in-store showing me various pieces that would work for my space and designing custom 3D mock-ups so that I could visualize everything. Mary’s communication and level of detail and genuine care about myself and my home before, during and after my visit exceeded my expectations. I have made large purchases with West Elm and other furniture companies, and was blown away by the level of customer service received at Arhaus in comparison. “We visited the store on 11/12, the salesperson was very helpful and attentive. We purchased two couches the day of and were told that they would be delivered to our home by the end of the month. A couple days after, I decided to read some of the reviews and became concerned that we would receive the couches much later than expected, however, this was not the case. They called me on 11/22 informing me that they were ready to schedule a delivery date. They delivered the couches today (11/29), the two gentlemen were quick and efficient. The couches look great and we were very pleased with our experience!”

“Here's the thing about the Parkville Gabe's: The prices are great if you can find the item you're looking for and it has a price tag on it, it's just the store space is too small for the amount of inventory they have, so it's hard to navigate, and it feels crowded. The staff is helpful, but there's got to be a better strategy for getting price tags on items. A little more messy than the Ross's a few doors down, but the prices seems significantly better.”
