Christina M. and Alyssa are assets to T-Mobile. We came in and received premium service. They went out of their way their way to ensure that we were very satisfied. I will recommend them any day. They get a 10 star in my book.

It's 5 o'clock in the evening at this store. These clowns have a sign in the door that says,"On break, we be back at 6. The 3 clowns are all inside chit chatting. The sign had already been up for a half hour.

What kinda company doesn't know how to stagger people's breaks. Sign on door says "On Break we be back at 6PM" taking a break at peak hours makes no sense. TMobile get it together your call center is awful I use to gloat about your customer services which has failed me.
