“Service dept review; (50k mileage) I have had 2 services done there in past 60 days. The CVT transmission service can only be done at a dealership, service was accompanied with a vehicle courtesy inspection revealing a needed rear brake service/replacement. The two services were done professionally, quickly and at the scheduled appt.times. The cost was $225 for CVT and $337 for brakes and being reasonable/cheaper compared to local brake estimates. I was very happy with both experiences and will continue yo use their service dept. for my 2018 Nissan Rogue.”

“We had the most amazing experience at Barth's!We had been looking for a VW Beetle for our daughter's first car because she absolutely loves them. It wasn't looking good, everything we were seeing was either over-priced or not in good condition. We came across a Beetle at Barth's and were a little skeptical because of our previous experience. “My husband and I had the very unfortunate experience of our car breaking down on route 68 as we were passing through Cumberland, MD (a place we had never been, just a place on the way between our origin and our destination). The tow truck towed us to Kirk Auto Sales, and we got very lucky that of all the mechanics in town, this was where we ended up. Owner Mark was empathetic and incredibly helpful to us throughout the entire experience. Service is not quick (from our experience, not much seems to be in Cumberland though!), but it was thorough and quality. We ended up leaving the car behind because we had to return to our home before the car, which needed a new engine, could be fixed. Mark let us leave our car there as long as it took to fix it without charging us a storage fee. He did all the work to find us a quality used engine at a reasonable price, making many calls and keeping us in the loop throughout. We felt like we made the decision together and we could trust that he was giving us his honest and expert opinion. It took about 3 weeks for the car to be entirely fixed, but it was worth it: we went from having a car that couldn't even start to having one that now runs almost like new, with additional advice for how to check things in our particular car to try to prevent future issues. The final price charged was extremely reasonable and transparent as well. Kirk Auto Sales took an extremely stressful situation and made it as positive as possible - thank you so much!”

“I have to apologize, I posted a bad review because of what was told to me by the mechanic that my car was towed to.However, Anthony and Toney at Bab's spoke woth me and fixed this isdue. We all came to a resolution about the mishap of the vehicle, 2006 Honda Civic.YES, I will definitely buy here again and I have to give them back there integrity because they did live by their word, as promised when I bought the car in July.Thank You Bab's Motor Sales and pardon my irate rant during a frustrating moment.”
