They gave her a ride back to her senior living apartment, assessed the damage, and contacted her with a reasonably priced estimate before the end of the day. They repaired the extensive damage quickly, and when I was unable to bring her to pick up the car before the close of business on Friday, they came to get her, so she could bring her car home. You don't get much better service than that!”

“AMAZING SERVICE ALERT: Welp, we've all been there...the dreaded "CHECK ENGINE" light illuminates on your dash, and your heart vacates the appropriate chamber in your chest for your stomach, as an array of wild causes assaults your cerebellum like a ceramic metal orb in a pinball machine. I took my suspicions to DAKIS Service Center, and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome! Same-day diagnosis, repair and return of my vehicle, excellent communication from drop-off to pick-up, and friendly customer service (even my dogs liked him - and my girl hates dudes (she has her reasons). Also, there's this lovely tech there named James who made to sure clear the code a couple times before trying to suggest the service. He genuinely tried to see if it would clear on its own, given the circumstances of my gas cap fumble earlier in the week, and suggested to return if and when it did. And when it did, they handled it promptly If you're in the need for a fix, and you're looking to champion a local neighborhood business, look no further than the kind, competent and professional DAKIS Service Center in Kings Contrivance Shopping Center (attached to the Exxon). You'll pay for the service your car needs and deserves!”

“Needed a new tire and wanted the OEM tire to match the rest since they were not very old and had lots of tread on them. I was able to order the tire online and have this place install it. The process was easy and painless. The cost to install was reasonable. I also had them do an alignment since it was needed. Again, the price was decent. Chad was extremely helpful and upfront with everything he was telling me.My only gripe is the tech put 40 psi in the new tire when the sticker on the car says it needed 31. They do this all day, every day. You would think getting the pressure correct would be a no brainier for a TIRE shop. Stuff like that makes me wonder if he got the balance and torque right. Lost one star for that.”

I'm not entirely sure an alignment was absolutely necessary after installing the new tires as the pre -testing results (provided to me after service) didn't appear like it was off by much. I honestly can't tell any difference while driving, but ultimately it was my decision to make. Pricing seemed fair enough, although I'd definitely shop around a bit just to be sure (I was a little desperate due to upcoming holiday travel). Overall it's all good, the money's been spent and my new tires are rolling right along sooo ...”
