I saw Dr Shantz for over 20 years and since he retired, it has been an awful experience for me. No response to messages and its weeks to get a virtual appointment.

This place has gone to hell so fast after being bought by Luminis health. Paperwork errors, long booking delays and absolute zero latitude for any kind of lateness including 5 to 10 minute traffic incidents as many others have reported here.

Staff and providers are amazing. Everyone is so nice. They really care about their patients and they try to go above and beyond for them. I highly recommend Dr. Skinner but really everyone is great!
