“Douet was fantastic. I have small veins and typically have trouble with draws but she got it the first time and without difficulty. Douet was kind and had a great sense of humor. I’ll be back whenever I need blood work!”

“5 stars for Chanel the phlebotomist who drew my blood this morning. She was accommodating, engaging, and kept me distracted through the blood draw which is something that gives me tons of anxiety and often causes me to faint. She even drew my blood from a less common vein to accommodate the fact that I have frequent blood draws. She should be in charge and given a raise. She even listened to my concerns about the rudeness of the other tech. I really didn’t want to take things out on her, but I was anxious and scared and it may come across as anger in the moment. This is how it’s done. This is professionalism.0 stars for the first phlebotomist, a slightly older African or Caribbean woman with glasses. She was rude from the moment I walked into the clinic. I walked to the window because I was the only person in the waiting room and without even saying good morning she said “use the iPad”. So I did. Then the same woman called my name and asked for my paper, at that point she was able to say a simple good morning. I then heard her say something about how she isn’t paid enough from my seat in the waiting room. When I was called back into the draw room I went to sit on the reclined chair and she told me “no”. I told her I have problems with fainting and prefer to lay down. Her response was to scoff and say, “my back”. I immediately asked for someone else to draw my blood because I don’t want anyone to touch me who is not competent of their job. Chanel to the rescue! It’s wholly inappropriate for a service provider to openly make it clear she doesn’t want to accommodate your medical need. A vasovagal reaction is common and needs to be accommodated, for everyone’s safety. If she can’t physically perform the job duties and also doesn’t have good bedside manner she shouldn’t be working there.”

“**Please hit the thumbs up button if my review helped you***My appt was Sat at 7:20am. I completed all my paperwork and insurance via the link I was sent. When I arrived and stood at the front desk, I realized nobody was coming up so I thought to myself "I'll just check in with the text they sent". Checking in was VERY easy with the link. The office was full of pts at 720am. Others I saw wait but then realized nobody was coming. I sat in a chair and within 10min of checking in on my phone, I was called back. The staff is not nice bit they aren't rude. They definitely aren't helpful. If you're looking for a no frills, no greeter, just check in with your mobile and get in/out then this is your place. I would highly recommend you do ALL your forms before you get there and use the text to check4 stars because of no greeter nor niceness but I didn't come to make a Friend lol.”

“Nurse Terry was extremely professional and kind. He helped reassure me through the process of getting my blood drawn, and made sure the process was smooth. As someone who dislikes getting their blood drawn, this was the best experience I have had so far. I highly recommended him !”
