“I switched to Ultra Care pharmacy from another one a while ago, and I’m truly very happy with my decision.
At first, my main reason was only that it is located in my neighborhood, but over time I realized how excellent their customer service is. They are very organized with medication updates. The pharmacist always is available to answer questions with patience, kindness, and professionalism.
The staff are also very friendly and helpful, which makes the whole experience very easy and comfortable.
Another thing I appreciate is their delivery service. They process deliveries quickly and efficiently, and the delivery person is always very kind, respectful, and caring.
I’m genuinely happy to have this pharmacy in my neighborhood”
“Very helpful and considerate pharmacy. I came to fill a medication for my father and we were told it would cost almost 500 and Adam helped me understand what my options were. He helped me find a program to get the med to 25 dollars. We have always had good experiences filling here. The staff are all consistently kind and knowledgeable even as their staff have changed over the years. It truly means a lot to have a stranger be so transparent and helpful and save me from paying an exorbitant price for a med my father really needs. The pharmacists are also helpful and receptive which is unheard of compared to cvs or other. Ask and they will almost always have an answer. Thank you to Adam and the whole

“I have been coming here for years, and sometimes I do experience rude customer service but Cassidy is absolutely amazing. She is the reason I come to this location. She always greets you with a smile and provides kind, professional, and welcoming service. I have an injured elbow and in a lot of pain and she was very patient and helped answer all of my questions. I did not feel rushed and am very grateful for the time she took to explain everything. With my elbow being out of commission, I am not able to do simple things like brush my hair, and of course for us ladies it’s important to have our hair looking nice. When I went to pick up my medication, I asked if she could help me brush and tie me crazy hair, and she was more than happy to offer to help with a smile. She is absolutely the best. She is no doubt the best and kind and helpful, and Giant is lucky to have her. Thank you for years of kindness and helping me with all my questions with patience and kindness.”
“I have been using Giant Leaman Farm as my primary pharmacy for the last 4 years. I have a few other pharmacies closer to where I live but opt to use this one. My prescriptions are always filled on time, and if there is an issue, they always remedy it right away. There have been times when they were out of a medication, but they gave me the option to transfer to another location or order it for next day pick up. When there is a long line, one of the pharmacists will open a register and help the technician. I notice and appreciate that their staff has been pretty consistent as long as I've been using them.”
“Going at night here is not dangerous and the employees don't yell at customers. It's a very friendly and clean store. And again, going at night is super chill.”

My call was initiated because I had received several Walgreens text messages regarding a prescription refill.
I needed my prescription refill to occur at Walgreens #6912.
I called Walgreens #19966 seeking help in getting my prescription redirected to Walgreens #6912. I spoke with Pharmacy representative CHANICE! CHANICE was awesone! She was very personable, listened patiently and her feedback was excellently solutions successful! I followed her guidance and was successful prescription cancelled at the Walgreens #19966 pharmacy and then filled at Walgreens #6912 pharmacy!
