they do not take their customers seriously, and treat people horribly. I would suggest a short drive to Winchester. Beyer family of dealerships would never do this.

A big shout out and super customer service received from Carrie Dean. She went above and beyond to assist me with the features of my car. In addition, she resolved a issue that I had for 1 year. She resolved it within an hour. Thank you Carrie!

Worst customer service they have. I went there to buy a car but no one asked me. I waited at lobby for more than half hour nobody approached me for what I need. So I decided to come back and give another dealer business. They need to be more professional.
