We've used United Air Temp for years. Honestly, they have not disappointed. Today, we had an issue and placed a call for an appointment. They got someone out the same day. The tech, Muhammad, was very thorough and answered any and all questions we had. Plus, having peace of mind from their full coverage contract is amazing.

If l can rate this company zero, l will . The tech refuses to perform any further diagnoses authorized by the company since he was afraid of breaking something. Tech your technician how to use a sneak well so they won’t be scared when they are out there .
