“These guys did the right thing and took car of us with a steering pump issue. After we paid them for replacing the steering pump in an older MDX, we found that is was loosing power and leaking. It took several attempts, but they figured out the problem and got us on the road again.It’s when a job doesn’t go as planned that you can see the real character of a person or persons. “PLEASE NOTE his shop is located on a George Street Entrance, there is a green sign...right after 1825 Buildings, right after the Chincquapin Rd intersection. Right before ADU appliance repair services. Was referred by another great car buff and in the know person!Bill is an artist, mechanic is too generic a term for him. His attention to detail and meticulous service, and genuine care for his customer's well being is what makes him a standout. He works by appointment and with good reason, he takes care in what he's doing and will do right by you. If he can't help you, he will send you to someone who can.Great for restoring historic and classic imports, British, German and some others on a case by case basis. They're an honest and small repair shop located off of Lincoln Rd.They're charging the best value for state inspections in the area and were a pleasure to work with. I nearly fainted when I called around Annapolis and was getting quotes for +$160 for a standardized inspection.These guys are locals and understand what the average person needs in both reliability and honesty. I had taken it to the dealer and they couldn't diagnose the problem, John had it diagnosed in 15 minutes and fixed in 3 hours. The dealership wanted to charge me $450 just for a diagnosis and the problem was because they had been negligent during routine service. I will bring my car back here.”

“What great service. I popped it w/o an appt to have them diagnose a metallic popping sound in the front end of my truck. They were booked solid out over a week. However, they told me if I could be here when they open in 2 days, they would look at it while I wait. They did, and it was only a loose track bar bolt, which they tightened to spec. Only wanted $20 for the 25 minutes I was there. Honest service. They could have made some story up and changed out parts that didn't need it. And they didn't charge an hour minimum diagnosis / labor charge. I'd heard they do great front-end work, so I will be happy to give them my business again when there really is an issue.”

“Didn’t have any work done here, but the quote I received for a water pump replacement was stellar. I was offered a same day appointment and the price was great, but I did not have the parts in hand yet. Unfortunately due to time constraints I had no choice but to do it myself over the weekend. I travel on the road for work and my vehicle is a requirement to do my job. The receptionist was very polite and professional in giving me multiple choices for days and times.
