When I inquired why as I hadn’t had any accidents or incidents, they said “because of new laws in VA”. I immediately started to search for a new company. I met with Renee and not only was she able to secure me a rate LOWER than my original rate with the other company she was able to secure higher coverage amounts. I’m in the process of buying a new vehicle so I sent Renee an email after closing to Renee, and I received the response before noon the very next day.
