Front desk never answers. Been trying for hours to confirm our reservation and no answer as usual smh.

All employees were friendly and helpful. The only thing with the rooms were that even though they were clean, floors felt like there was a grit or sand film on them.

The room was clean and well maintained. Staff were courteous and helpful especially Marquis Lopez. For two seniors he went out of his way to help with the breakfast needs. Checkin was at 4 as stated. Lobby was clean and attractive. Plenty of parking. Easy walk to the beach. Pool was clean and plenty of seating.
