“The bakery is just amazing! I got a joint cake for my sons’ 1st and 4th birthdays and the cake was delicious but sooooo beautiful! They used a teal blue for the decorating on cream cheese icing. Just absolutely gorgeous! We also got a dozen cupcake pull-part cake that looked like a bouquet of roses. It was very pretty! I so appreciate the time and creativity put into my order. The person who gave me my order was very thoughtful and gave me a shopping cart for my order. People could not believe the cakes came from a store bakery! Giant has always been my favorite for taste but now they’re my favorite for decorating, too! If management sees this, I believe the person who took my phone order mentioned it was their first day and they did great!! I had no idea what/how to order and they walked me through options and helped me make the best choices! Really smooth process from ordering to pickup. We will definitely be back!!”

“I love my neighborhood Giant’s store location. My shopping experience is always great. The employees are very friendly and make you feel that you are a valued customer. But this goes beyond just shopping. I inadvertently lost my eyeglasses while checking out. When I got into my car, I realized I didn’t have them. After putting my groceries away, I walked back into the store to check with the cashier. However, she was no longer there. Another employee, Nijah, approached me to see if I needed assistance. When I explained that I had just checked out and realized I didn’t have my eyeglasses, she immediately offered to help. She asked one of the cashiers whether a pair of eyeglasses had been turned into her. After getting a no response, she didn’t give up and just say, “I’m sorry.” Once I told her the name of the cashier, she immediately walked over to her station where she had been working and wouldn’t you know it, she located the missing eyeglasses. Thank you, Nijah, for going above and beyond my expectations. Your customer Service makes any customer want to come back again and again. You gave “Excellent Customer Service” a new look.At this Giant, your greatest shopping experience begins when you enter the door and stop at the Deli. Tee and Steven knows exactly how to make their customers feel appreciated. They serve whatever you need with a "smile."It doesn't stop there! Be sure to stop at the Pharmacy counter and visit with Regina J. and Cynthia B. Regularly found moldy items so no longer shop for produce at this store.I experience different treatment based on who’s there for self-checkout. Usually do not need help but sometimes you’re waiting too long for them to answer the help call button.”
