My wife and I we're seated quickly . The place was lively and the food was good .

Great food and setting, the service was decent given how busy the place was. However, the choice in music was disappointing given that it was not western/county which ruins the atmosphere of the restaurant.

Cadillac Ranch creates a fun, comfortably social atmosphere, delivers great service and well mixed drinks along with a large selection of beers including some from our own Granite City Food & Brewery.
