Jenn and Dr. Gore were so friendly and helpful during my cat's visit. They immediately put me at ease and we had many good laughs with my cat's antics! “Luna and I had a great experience from start to finish at Parkville Animal Hospital. The front desk girl (sorry don't know your name) was so friendly and make check-in/check-out simple! Jen, our vet tech, was so kind and made me feel at ease. She took her time with Luna and made her feel safe. Dr. Burton was wonderful! She was thorough and kind to Luna! I felt comfortable with how Luna was handled. I did research on local veterinary offices. I have been to others. Parkville Animal Hospital will be my go to! Thank you for such a great first appointment! Appointments can be made online. Prices are reasonable. They have parking behind the building.”
“I have been following JVC on Facebook for the last several months and was so impressed by Dr. Magnifico's passion and advocacy for the pets and affordable care that it made me want to switch vet practices. Last week I suddenly and unexpectedly ended up with a very sick little dog. In a moment of distress, the question was do I go to my usual vet or do I give JVC a try? I opted to try JVC and I am so happy I did. They fit us in for a sick visit, gave my little guy fluids, did bloodwork and gave us meds on a late Friday afternoon. They kept us out of the ER which is where we would have been headed given his condition. The next day the bloodwork came back with concern. Our little Buddy needed attention. Dr. Morgan gave us the option to go to the ER, or offered to give him fluids before sick clinic hours on Sunday!! Being nearly 15 years old, I knew the stress being hospitalized at the Emergency Vet would cause him. We opted for fluids at JVC on Sunday and have returned every other day for fluids since then. To say I am happy with our experience here is an understatement. Dr. Morgan's communication, response time and options provided have been phenomenal. We have been able to keep our furry family member at home and saved the stress and expense of having him hospitalized. JVC has evening and Saturday hours and even a couple hours on Sunday for sick visits. This is a beautiful facility with caring, compassionate staff. As a bonus, they have adorable gifts for purchase and the proceeds go to a great cause. Thank you JVC!”

I have watched them all do this service for everyone that has come in there to get a procedure done and I wouldn't have it any other way.

“We love Dr. S! We started using him when adopted our cat about two years ago. She came to us with a flea problem so I was looking for a place that could see her quickly and they saw us within a day of me calling. We ended up with a second cat so of course, we also started to bring her to Dr. S and he’s been so thorough and attentive with both of them. Both cats, one 8 and one 16, are so different and have had very different problems but they have made an effort to get to the bottom of every one. We wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.”
“We are newer clients of Valley Dog and Cat. We have seen both Dr. Morgan and Dr. Scherr for our two cats. I write this with appreciation for what Dr. Scherr, and the staff involved, did for us when we rescued an abandoned animal from the woods during the rough weather. They were compassionate, attentive and human, especially today, when we thought the animal was actively dying today. They knew exactly what to do and accommodated us quickly even though we were not on the schedule. The results were positive and the prognosis for now was better than expected. We were confident that even if things had gone south, they would be there for us given the circumstances. They are a smaller established practice with a personal touch and decent human beings. Even if they do not provide a service there, they make sure patients are connected with where to get it and they make the time to help research the needs. That is increasingly rare now from other practices we have encountered. They get why it’s important, and it is important to them. It is worth recognizing this and saying so.”

She was so wonderful, and got my kitty diagnosed and started on a treatment plan within 24 hours.
